A leadership development experience
Aarogya Vahini's Internship Programme is a leadership development model for young enthusiasts who have a keen interest in working in the development sector. The programme aims to build leadership ability, professional skill and social consciousness among interns interested in serving marginalised communities — while giving them hands-on exposure to how a grassroots rural healthcare mission actually runs.
