Diabetes Management

8,200 diabetic patients have been identified from 58,119 beneficiaries screened, with 1,400+ patients supported every month with a full course of medication.

  • Fasting Blood Sugar (FBS)
  • HbA1c measurement
  • Clinical review & lifestyle counselling

Treatment typically begins with monotherapy (Metformin 500mg BD), progressing to combination therapy with Glimepiride where needed, alongside dietary guidance and physical activity counselling.

Hypertension Management

7,800 hypertensive patients have been identified, with 1,500+ patients supported every month with regular medication, following a two-level screening protocol confirmed at a 15-minute interval.

Four stages we track

  • Mild140/90 – 159/99
  • Moderate160/100 – 179/109
